Privacy Principles
At Quantum Insider, privacy and security are foundational to our architecture, not an afterthought. We design our systems to protect user data by default.
Data Minimization
We only collect data that is strictly necessary for the operation of our services. We do not store raw audio or sensitive financial data longer than required for processing, unless explicitly configured for audit or improvement purposes with user consent.
Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and at rest using industry-standard encryption protocols. We use strict key management practices to ensure data remains secure.
Consent and Control
For our voice transformation services, users must explicitly opt-in. We provide granular controls allowing users to disable transformation, delete their voice profiles, or switch modes (translation only vs. accent transformation) at any time.
No Advertising Profiles
We are a product and engineering studio. We do not sell user data to third parties, nor do we build advertising profiles based on your usage of our voice or fintech products.
Security Reviews
We conduct regular internal security reviews and enforce strict access controls. Access to production systems is limited to authorized engineering personnel on a need-to-know basis (Principle of Least Privilege).
