Founding Product Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Founding Product Engineer to lead the technical direction and product development of our core initiatives. You will bridge the gap between high-level product strategy and hands-on engineering, building secure, scalable systems for voice AI and fintech.

You will own the full lifecycle of features—from requirements gathering and system design to implementation, testing, and deployment. You will work across the stack, leveraging Rust, Go, Python, and React to build production-grade applications.

Responsibilities

• Translate user and business requirements into technical specifications and system architecture.
• Design and implement backend services, APIs, and data models using Rust and Go.
• Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces using React and modern frontend tools.
• Develop and integrate AI features, including evaluating LLM performance for voice translation.
• Ensure system reliability and security through rigorous testing, code reviews, and observability.
• Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure for production systems.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in at least one systems language (Rust, Go, C++) and one scripting language (Python, TypeScript).
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks, particularly React and Next.js.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, database design, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
• Experience identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks in production systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
